Sending emails to the list

Only list members can send emails to the list, if you are not a member then your message will be held over for approval by the list administrator. This helps stop spam and other unwanted emails.

Replying to messages

When you hit reply your message will be sent back to the whole list not just the sender. If you wish to reply to just the original sender then select forward.

Mailing List Etiquette

Change Subject Line

If the topic has changed, or you are replying to a digest version please change the subject line accordingly. Not only does it make more sense for everyone reading the list emails, it assists with searching and list archives.

Trim Your Posts

It makes posts easier to read, it takes up less bandwidth and it's especially important for the vision impaired.
