Brogo Permaculture Gardens at 397 Hawkshead Rd, Brogo, NSW, 2550 has been under development since 1995. The property demonstrates the usage of Permaculture Principles in the design of the home and food gardens.

Though there is development work still being undertaken on the property it is a great opportunity to see how the Principles of Permaculture have been applied and to discuss practical aspects of the building and land with the owners.

Gardens and Mudbrick House Tour.

 

The tour is for 2 hours and includes an extensive tour of the gardens, as well as the family home.

The gardens feature: swales, windbreaks, food gardens, stone, citrus and subtropical orchards, covered chicken run/small fruit orchard, organic composting.
